Refund / Return Store Policy
Customer satisfaction is always the top priority at Finding Footage Visual Store. Our product quality is guaranteed. If you have an issue with the product downloaded, we can easily arrange a refund for you. You may exercise your right to request for refund within 24 hours with receipt or proof of purchase from the date on which you purchase them from Finding Footage Visual Store.
Process of Return/Refund
Refund is processed within 14 business days. We can only offer a refund if you contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.
NOTE: We do not process refunds that are not in accordance with our policies.
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
